How soon do I receive the minutes after a strata meeting?

Most states require minutes to be circulated within 14–28 days of the meeting. They must accurately record decisions made, motions passed and key discussion points — they don't need to be a transcript.

Owners can request corrections if a decision is recorded incorrectly. Once approved (usually at the next meeting) the minutes are the legal record of what was decided. Keep your copy — it's evidence in any future dispute.
