• Business details — ABN, licence, insurance documents for verification.
• Usage data — pages visited, searches, jobs posted and quotes exchanged.
• Communication content — messages, reviews and uploaded files.

How we use it

• To operate the directory, match jobs and verify trades.
• To send transactional emails (quote alerts, password reset, receipts).
• To improve the platform and detect fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what's necessary with the counterparty in a job (e.g. a manager sees a contractor's profile, a contractor sees the manager's contact when they accept a quote), and with sub-processors (hosting, email, analytics) under contract.
