Who is BMS for?
Strata management firms — from solo principal to national. We also sell to single-building self-managed schemes at the Solo bracket. Same product, same code path, smallest price.
Why per lot and per credit?
Per lot tracks the business the agents are running. Per credit (per portfolio) keeps AI usage honest — one runaway book can't drain the firm, and the principal sees per-manager economic signal.
Do you take any commission on jobs?
No. Never. Trade Directory is funded by listings and qualified leads. BMS is funded by lots and credits. We will not put a meter on the work between you and your trades.
Can I export everything?
Yes — full export anytime, in standard formats, logged as an agent action with timestamp and actor. Your data stays yours.
What's included in the minimum A$199/mo?
All 22 BMS agents and modules, autonomy dial per agent, unlimited seats, AU hosting, public API read, SSO, full audit log on every agent action, and one WhatsApp number for the manager.

Annual is the default price shown. Month-to-month is +20% on every meter.
What is an AI agent here?
A purpose-built workflow — inbox triage, reply drafter, compliance clock, works orchestrator, meeting prep — that takes an action on behalf of the manager. Each agent has an autonomy dial: suggest-only, draft-and-send-on-approval, or fully autonomous within named guardrails.
Can I turn agents off?
Yes. Every agent has an off switch and an autonomy dial per portfolio. Principal sets firm defaults, manager can tune per book.
