These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Stratapages website and platform ("Service") operated by Stratapages Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract under Australian law.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.

Listings and verification

Contractors warrant that information they submit (ABN, licence, insurance) is accurate and current. We may suspend or remove listings that fail verification.

Commission-free model

Stratapages does not take a commission on jobs. Trades subscribe to access leads on transparent published pricing.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and reflect first-hand experience. We may remove reviews that breach this policy.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Stratapages is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or from dealings between users.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
