Migration FAQ
How long does migration actually take?
Most firms are fully cut over within 30 days. Larger portfolios (200+ buildings) run in waves over 60–90 days. You go live on the first wave inside the same 30-day window.
Will my owners and committees notice disruption?
No. The parallel-run period means owners keep using their existing channels until cutover day, then they receive a single invitation email to the Stratapages App. Most owners are active within 48 hours.
Do we have to retrain everyone?
We run two live training sessions for your team and one for committees during the parallel run. Most managers report being faster on Stratapages within their first week.
Can we keep our existing contractors?
Yes. Your existing trades are imported into your private contractor list inside Stratapages, alongside access to the 1,400+ verified directory if you want to expand.
What if we want to leave Stratapages later?
Every record exports at any time in PDF, CSV or JSON. We retain your data for 90 days post-cancellation so you have time to migrate elsewhere, then permanently delete.
