What is a strata roll?

The strata roll is the official register of every lot in the scheme — including owner names, contact details, mortgagee details, tenant details where applicable, and unit entitlements.

Owners are required to notify the strata manager of changes (new tenants, change of address, sale of the lot). The roll is used to send levy notices and meeting papers, calculate voting rights, and respond to disclosure certificate requests when a lot is sold.
