How often does the strata committee meet?

There's no minimum — many committees meet 3–6 times a year, plus extra meetings when issues arise. Most decisions can be made by email vote (a 'circular resolution') without a physical meeting.

Notice and quorum requirements vary by state. As a rule the strata manager will call a committee meeting at the request of any committee member, with at least 72 hours' notice and an agenda. Owners who aren't on the committee usually have the right to attend and observe.
