How often should we review our strata manager?

At least every 3 years — and ideally before each contract renewal. Even if you're happy with your current manager, market-testing keeps fees competitive and surfaces new technology and service options.

A formal review doesn't mean firing your manager. Many committees use a competing quote round to negotiate better terms with their existing manager, who almost always sharpens their pencil when faced with real competition.
