Strata Pages

How are strata managers vetted on this platform?

Every manager is verified for ABN, professional indemnity insurance, public liability insurance, state licensing where required, SCA membership where applicable, references from current clients, and complaints history. About 62% of applicants don't make the cut.

Verification is repeated annually and any manager whose insurance lapses, licence is suspended or accumulates substantiated complaints is removed immediately. Vetting status is visible on each manager's profile so committees can see exactly what's been checked.
